He/ she will be responsible for attracting new visitors to our portals
* Search Engine Optimization
* Online promotion, i.e. Google AdWords, Yahoo! Search Marketing, and ads
directly bought at different websites
* Affiliate programs, content syndication and other channels


He/ she analyses the best way to promote our sites via search engines,
bartering, branded games, promotional deals and defines a promotional
strategy for the future

He/ she takes care that all sites are optimized for and registered at the
appropriate major search engines

Per country he/ she takes care of building a network to exchange traffic
between local sites

For a.o. Google Adwords he/ she creates search term lists and takes care
that based on budgets he/ she receives the best quality traffic at the best

Based on the budget he/ she reports on the results in terms of numbers of
new traffic and revenues gained by the new traffic on the different sites

Where needed he/ she takes care that we use the right tools/ software to
measure results or to make processes easier

He/ she analyses which new (branded) games we have to develop in order to
brand our own sites through third parties and to make our own sites more
interesting to consumers

He/ she takes the lead in developing the strategy concerning (branded)
games as to business model and automated systems; purchases the new games
from all over the world

He/ she provides back-up to our advertising and marketing manager


Degree in business studies, marketing, or related subjects

A minimum of two years professional experience in Search Engine
Optimization or traffic building

Understanding the different European internet markets related to generating
game traffic

Language skills: English, preferably Dutch, German or French

Proven project management and analytical skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Business sense and entrepreneurial thinking

Hands-on, flexible and stress resistant, team player
